Outreach Commission

St. Michael’s Outreach Commission promotes new and existing opportunities to do unto others and serve the Lord with gladness within our own parish and in the larger community. We have a partnership with Episcopal Community Services that gives us valuable guidance in working with other parishes throughout the diocese and in expanding our goals for greater giving to our world. We have participated in mission trips to Mississippi to aid in the Katrina rebuilding, and we help stock the St. Paul’s Food Pantry.

Does your outreach mission need funding? As an extension of the helping hand you are offering for those in need, your Outreach Commission welcomes your input and requests. All requests should be submitted to the Outreach Commission by Tues., April 30, so they can be reviewed and, as possible as funds are available, funding can be appropriated and/or distributed by Sat., June 1. Please turn completed requests forms to the Church Office or Larry Ward, Outreach Commission Chair.
