Pilgrimage to Turkey 2011

The St. Michael's Pilgrimage to Turkey will take place May 3-20, 2011, springtime in Turkey when it is cool, the foliage is blooming, and it is not the height of tourist season.
Participants in the Pilgrimage will fly into Istanbul. During our travels we will visit Antioch, Cappadochia, Avenos, Konya - St. Paul's church, Antalya, Pisidian Antioch, Pamukalle, Collossae, Laodicea, Izmir, Philadelphia, Sardis, and Thyatira. We will also visit Smyrna, Ephosus, Pergamum, Alexandria Troas, Canakkele, Troy, Bursa, Nicea, and Chalcedon.

Tour guides are Don and JoAnn Cornell. Don is a Lutheran Pastor who served internationally. They have guided nearly twenty trips to Turkey and will combine travel to interesting places with links to Biblical and historical theology.
Cost is $2595 per person for double occupancy and $3245 for single. plus airfare group rates are available. The land package includes:
